ABOUT US

The Richland One Community Coalition (ROCC) (pronounced “rock”) is an organization that is on the move! This action group is comprised of community individuals and organizations including churches, nonprofit agencies, schools and businesses involved in reducing substance abuse.

 
Mission: To mobilize the Richland One Community to reduce substance abuse and other high risk behavior among youth and families. 
 
Vision: Safe and drug free families in the Richland One Community.
